Implementation officer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement software solutions online or onsite. Deliver engaging end-user training (online/onsite).
• Provide technical support to customers (on-call/onsite).
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, account managers, and sales teams for smooth issue resolution.
• Document implementation processes & build a knowledge base.
• Generate MIS reports for clients & internal circulation.
• Support clients through the complete Software Implementation Life Cycle (SILC)
• Requirement analysis & validation
• Product demonstration
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & parallel runs
• Pre-Go Live & Go Live activities
• Handholding during Go Live

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in IT/EC/CE (BCA, B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.E., M.Sc. IT) or similar background.
• 2–5 years of software implementation experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Software Implementation Life Cycle (SILC).
• Excellent skills in troubleshooting, networking & hardware configuration.
• Strong documentation & stakeholder management abilities.
• Good communication in Hindi & English.
• Good to Have Experience in software development or cloud deployments.
• Experience with healthcare solutions implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL/database querying.

Location: Mumbai (frequent travel to Ahmedabad HQ required)

Full-time | 6-day work week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
