Role Overview: As a Strategic Implementation & Client Success Lead, you will be responsible for managing the post-sale journey for key clients, focusing on driving successful launches, ensuring smooth implementation, and establishing a foundation for long-term success on the platform. Your role will involve maximizing client value, adoption, and usage, while collaborating closely with Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a pivotal, cross-functional position that sits at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success, offering an opportunity to make a scalable impact through client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Uber for Business customers and internal teams to understand customer needs, goals, and success strategies, creating mutually beneficial goals and influencing customers accordingly. - Develop a strategy for seamless launch and implementation to drive adoption and usage, monitoring progress post-launch and providing data-driven recommendations for enhancement. - Ensure proper customer training through the creation of video or written collateral, hosting office hours, and facilitating training sessions on tool and program navigation. - Assist in tactical and technical account set-up, including API, SFTP, or expense integrations, and submitting Monthly Billing Applications to Finance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and enhance the overall client experience, proactively solving and preventing challenges. Qualifications Required: - 3 years of professional experience with a minimum of two years in a customer-facing role. - Tech-savviness with the ability to work across multiple systems, Salesforce experience is a plus. - Proficiency in utilizing insights and data-driven decision-making to guide the sales process and develop strategies in response to market dynamics. - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges related to behavior change, technology adoption, and growth. - Enjoy collaborating within a team environment and innovating on existing processes to drive business impact.,
