We are looking for a highly skilled Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of our logistics software solutions . In this role, you will work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, minimize disruptions, and optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of logistics and supply chain software solutions . Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements for system configuration. Install, configure, and integrate software with TMS, WMS, ERP, and other logistics platforms . Manage data migration, system mapping, and API integrations . Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide technical support to clients. Conduct user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption. Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, and support) to enhance implementation efficiency. Monitor post-implementation performance , address customer concerns, and optimize system usage. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in software implementation, deployment, or support , preferably in logistics or supply chain technology . Strong knowledge of logistics operations, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP integrations . Hands-on experience with API integrations, SQL databases, and data migration . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and networking principles. Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is a plus . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer escalations efficiently. Excellent communication and client management skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for logistics transactions . Understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools . Knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies .
