We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in logistics and supply chain software to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure seamless implementation of logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for logistics and supply chain management solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to identify challenges, opportunities, and process improvements in logistics operations. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive and efficient system interfaces. Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and business needs, recommending solutions for optimization. Support the development, testing, and implementation of new software features and enhancements. Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and system requirements. Conduct training sessions and provide user support post-implementation. Stay updated with the latest trends in logistics, supply chain, and transportation management systems (TMS, WMS, etc.). Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain software . Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse management, and transportation management systems (TMS/WMS) . Experience with ERP, CRM, and logistics software solutions . Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools . Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies . Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Nice-to-Have: Experience with EDI, API integrations, or automation in logistics software . Knowledge of cloud-based logistics platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Familiarity with IoT, AI, or blockchain applications in supply chain management .
