Implementation Engineer

As an Implementation Engineer at our Gurgaon office, your primary role is to ensure the successful deployment and integration of our solutions into client systems. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities are essential to meet client requirements and deliver services on time. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Deployment & Integration: - Onboard clients and configure/integrate apps to meet specifications and best practices. - Technical Support & Troubleshooting: - Provide remote support during implementation, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver timely resolutions. - Customization & Configuration: - Configure systems to meet client-specific needs, including software setups, database integrations, and configurations for optimal performance. - Documentation: - Create detailed technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and installation procedures. - Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams to ensure requirements are understood and met, collaborating with Project Managers to adhere to timelines. - Training: - Provide technical training to clients and internal teams for proper system usage. - Testing & Validation: - Perform rigorous testing of system configurations and integrations before full deployment. - Continuous Improvement: - Offer feedback based on client experiences to enhance product design and implementation processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - 2 years of experience in technical implementation or product configuration and integration. - Overall 4-5 years of experience. - Strong understanding of databases and software applications. - Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL). - Experience with API integrations, software deployment, and troubleshooting. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), database MongoDB, and experience with software implementation.,
