Job Description

You will be working as an Implementation Conversion Analyst Specialist in Reconciliation IT at FIS. Your role will involve data management and reconciliations automation using FIS platforms for BPaaS customers. **Role Overview:** As an Implementation Conversion Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for examining data files, processes, forms, reports, and operational needs of customers. You will complete data mapping and transaction workflows as the basis for conversion to FIS systems. This role requires advanced expertise in technology platforms and the ability to work independently on significant issues. You will also be expected to mentor other team members and provide solutions to complex mapping or interface requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Examine data files, processes, forms, reports, and operational needs of customers - Complete data mapping and transaction workflows for conversion to FIS systems - Mentor other team members and provide solutions to complex mapping or interface requirements - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel - Develop, document, and implement standards, guidelines, and education on process/procedures for staff - Participate in strategic planning and direction - Configure and set up reconciliations on enterprise applications - Analyze data and automate processes using strong database skills - Manage data and preprocess files using ETL tools or scripting - Generate business intelligence reports - Utilize ticketing and workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 6+ years of implementation and/or conversion experience - Configuration and setup of reconciliations on enterprise applications - Strong database skills with the ability to write complex stored procedures - Hands-on experience with ETL tools or general-purpose scripting - Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools - Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA - Understanding of post-trade reconciliations in Banking and Financial Services - Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle - Experience working in an Agile environment - Excellent written and oral communication skills **Additional Details:** With a 50-year history rooted in the financial services industry, FIS is the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions.
