Implementation Conversion Analyst Senior Specialist

As a Solution Architect at FIS BPS, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end AI and automation solutions for contact center and back-office operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading architectural discussions and solution design sessions for projects in public cloud environments like AWS and Azure - Developing architectures for Generative AI use cases such as conversational AI and workflow automation - Hands-on coding to build prototypes and POCs - Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Guiding the implementation team on best practices and integration strategies - Performing architecture reviews, risk assessments, and design validations - Maintaining knowledge of emerging AI, automation, and cloud technologies - Creating architecture documentation, technical diagrams, and presentation materials - Providing thought leadership across the AI Transformation team Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on cloud-native applications - Expertise in designing AI-driven contact center and back-office automation solutions - Strong understanding and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP - Proficiency in the Well-Architected Framework - Hands-on experience in programming languages like C++, C#, Java, or Python - Experience with Generative AI solutions and technology fundamentals - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience Preferred qualifications include certifications in cloud architecture, experience with contact center platforms and RPA tools, and background in regulated industries. Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery models is a plus.
