Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting the requirement specifications from existing clients.
Provide training on the usage of the assigned product modules to the client team, including end users as

well as system admin.

Collect required customer data and configure product system before it goes live. Also train the

customers system admin on uploading and configuring the system in future.

Assist in coordinating with technical team, as well as coordinate if required, regarding the status of new developments/technical issues faced by clients, and ensure the client is well informed regarding any changes in delivery schedule.
Create relevant test cases and perform end user testing post a new development or bug fix to ensure client requirements are being fulfilled.
Troubleshoot existing functionality in case of client reported bugs/issues, provide explanation to the client or assign to the technical team if required, and suggest an alternate solution in the meanwhile, if possible.
Support the going live process at clients end, i.e. when customer starts using the product commercially, by assisting the client end users wherever required, answering their queries, and solving any problems.

Preferred candidate profile

Practical knowledge of
SQL
High customer orientation and relationship management abilities
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented with a collaborative work style
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
