Implementation and Application support executive/engineer

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing SLIMS software in laboratories, diagnostic centers, and hospitals. Your main tasks will include configuring the interface of SLIMS with laboratory instruments and third-party software. Additionally, you will be providing both offline and online support to customers. To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong technical knowledge, multitasking skills, and experience as an Implementation Specialist are essential. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems is required. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must, along with outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Fluency in both English and Hindi is preferred.
