Role :Implementation Analytics Specialist

Implementation Analytics Specialist will be a key link between our operations, technology, and client delivery teams. You will manage internal dashboards and analytics (Power BI, AppScript, Excel), automate reporting workflows, and act as the first point of contact for handling operational queries related to Ratham's internal applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track fleet performance, route efficiency, SLA adherence, and client KPIs.
• Automate internal reports and MIS workflows using Google App Script and Advanced Excel.
• Work closely with the operations team to analyze issues or enhancement requests in the Ratham internal application, and coordinate resolutions with the product/tech team.
• Identify and implement process automations that reduce manual effort across billing, trip validation, and compliance workflows.
• Own and manage data integrity across operational systems, ensuring accurate insights and reporting.
• Conduct internal training sessions to help operations teams effectively use tech tools and dashboards.
• Support new client onboarding by helping configure dashboards, reports, and application workflows aligned to their requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong command over Power BI .
• Expertise in Advanced Excel (dashboards, macros, pivot tables, lookups).
• Practical knowledge of Google App Script for automating data and workflow processes.
• Basic understanding of SQL or API-based integrations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured, data-backed solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelors degree.
• 25 years of experience in operations analytics, implementation, or business analysis roles within SaaS, transport tech, logistics, or similar industries.
• Exposure to employee transportation, fleet operations, or mobility platforms will be an advantage.
