Job Title: Fleet Coordinator Department: Operations Location: Gurgaon We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our company's vehicle fleet. The Fleet coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness of our vehicles and drivers. Responsibilities: Fleet Maintenance : Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance. Manage relationships with external maintenance vendors and negotiate service agreements. Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and operational standards. Track and manage vehicle and maintenance records. Monitor and control maintenance costs. Job Title: Fleet Induction Executive / Specialist Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: The Fleet Induction Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing the onboarding process for new vehicles into the company's fleet. This includes ensuring all legal, operational, branding, and technical requirements are completed before vehicles are deployed. The role requires collaboration with procurement, vendors, compliance teams, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end induction process for newly acquired fleet vehicles. Ensure registration, insurance, permits, and all statutory documentation are completed on time. Liaise with vehicle dealers, and logistics vendors for smooth delivery and documentation. Oversee installation of GPS, branding stickers, FastTag, and other accessories as per company policy. Maintain updated records of all inducted vehicles, including documents, timelines, and compliance status. Conduct quality checks before vehicle deployment to operations. Track induction progress and share timely updates with internal stakeholders. Support audits and compliance checks related to the fleet. Resolve any issues arising during induction in coordination with the concerned departments. Requirements: Bachelors degree or a related field. 13 years of experience in fleet operations or logistics preferred. Good knowledge of vehicle documentation, RTO processes, and compliance requirements. Strong coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of commercial vehicle categories and local transportation regulations. Prior experience with fleet onboarding or large-scale logistics companies. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
