Job Title: Accountant (with Zoho Expertise)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant expertise in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial data management, smooth accounting processes, and supporting business decisions with timely insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Handle bookkeeping and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in Zoho Books (or Zoho Finance Suite).

Generate invoices, process vendor bills, and ensure timely payments.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).

Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics or Zoho reporting tools.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to support management decisions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local laws.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .

Proven experience (24 years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.

Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.

Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory filings.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Zoho.

Knowledge of financial planning and forecasting.
