Role Description

The Immigration Writer will be responsible for assisting attorneys with the drafting of documents pertaining to NIW, EB-1, and O-1 petitions. The Writer will work closely with clients and members of our team. This is a full-time and fully remote position.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of immigration writing experience, specifically in preparing employment-based NIV/IV petitions
• A thorough understanding of the current immigration laws and regulations and experience working with government agencies such as USCIS, DOS, and CBP
• A proven track record of exceptional client service and satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues to a non-legal audience
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to deliver high-quality and timely work product
