This position will be responsible for a full caseload, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s. Job Description In this fully remote role, the Inbound Sales Representative will be a key member of our team by serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is responsible for handling all incoming calls on the office line, engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with attorneys or legal staff. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, highly organized, and comfortable discussing sensitive immigration matters with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls to the firm's main office line promptly and professionally Engage prospective clients to understand their immigration needs and goals Screen and qualify leads based on firm criteria Clearly explain the firm's services, consultation process, and next steps (without providing legal advice) Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled consultations Identify urgent or time-sensitive immigration issues and escalate appropriately Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and text to confirm appointments and encourage retention Gather accurate client information and enter data into the firm's case management system Maintain detailed and compliant intake notes for attorney review Track call metrics, consultation bookings, and conversion rates Participate in sales coaching, training, and performance reviews Provide a calm, empathetic, and culturally sensitive client experience Qualifications Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English Available to work Monday - Friday at 9 am - 4 pm Eastern Time Previous sales experience Excellent communication skills Data entry skills Highly organized Ability to handle high call volume (approximately 50 - 70 calls per day) Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus Compensation The base salary is $1,000 per month with regular bonuses of $400 for meeting client retainment quotas.
