You are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Caller to join the team at Oneway visa consultants, specializing in oneway visa consultancy. You should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or a related field, with a strong understanding of immigration processes. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote immigration services. - Assist clients with inquiries regarding oneway visas and immigration processes. - Maintain a database of leads and follow up on prospects to convert inquiries into clients. - Provide accurate information about visa categories, documentation, and application procedures. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement. - Stay updated on immigration policies and regulations to provide clients with current information. Qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably in the immigration or consultancy sector. - Excellent communication skills in English, Punjabi, and local languages. - Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently. - A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
