Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Caller to join our team at Oneway visa consultants, specializing in oneway visa consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or a related field, with a strong understanding of immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our immigration services.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding oneway visas and immigration processes.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up on prospects to convert inquiries into clients.
• Provide accurate information about visa categories, documentation, and application procedures.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and regulations to provide clients with current information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably in the immigration or consultancy sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Punjabi and local languages.
• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
