Job Title: Tele Caller - Immigration Services Location: Phase 5 ,Mohali Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping individuals navigate the immigration process. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and assisting them with their immigration inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to discuss immigration services and options. Provide clear and accurate information regarding visa processes, eligibility criteria, and required documentation. Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly. Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions in our CRM system. Assist in scheduling consultations and follow-up calls with clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and trends to provide informed advice. Meet monthly call and conversion targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
