Upon receiving leads via our software, your primary task will involve conducting telephonic sessions to assess the suitability of the candidates. For qualified leads, you will further engage in face-to-face counseling sessions to provide detailed information on overseas options and assist them in making informed decisions. Your role will also involve converting clients based on set targets, offering advice on available immigration pathways, and ensuring that clients receive accurate information on immigration laws and policies. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates" profiles, devising personalized global career strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries. Efficient communication skills, both over the phone and through email, are essential for this role. You should possess strong documentation capabilities and be adept at maintaining records of client interactions.
