Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with expertise inB2C sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales Consultant, you will beresponsible for delivering sales targets by effectively promoting and selling ourcompany's products to individual customers. The ideal candidate should possessexcellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a willingness to learn andunderstand our product offerings.Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoingbusiness and satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industrytrends. Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions that meet theirrequirements. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements. Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance. Participate in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. Team Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales staff. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve salesprocesses. Lead by example and set high standards for performance and professionalism. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRMsystem. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record ofachieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.Preferred Skills: Experience in the immigration industry. Knowledge of specific sales techniques or methodologies relevant to thecompany.
