Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Immigration Counselor, based on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Immigration Counselor will be responsible for providing consultations and offering guidance throughout the immigration process. Daily tasks include staying updated on immigration laws and regulations, managing client records, and ensuring high-quality client service.

• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
• Excellent communication, English fluency is must
• Customer service experience and client management skills
