Immigration Counselor

As an Immigration Counselor at Yash Global Consultants, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals and families towards their dreams of settling abroad. Your responsibilities will include: - Counseling clients on immigration options, eligibility, and the documentation process. - Handling end-to-end PR, Study Visa, Work Permit, and Visitor Visa applications. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing immigration policies and programs. - Providing personalized solutions and guidance to clients based on their profiles. - Coordinating with back-end teams to ensure timely processing and client satisfaction. - Conducting follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings. - Achieving monthly targets and maintaining accurate records of leads and applications. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 0-1 years of experience in the immigration industry is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of immigration programs for countries like Canada, Australia, USA, UK, etc. - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently. - Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi (as per your clientele). - Confident and client-focused personality.
