Immigration Counselor

As a part of the Aussizz Group, your role will involve guiding clients through visa procedures and documentation requirements. You will review and verify application documents for accuracy and completeness, as well as coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely application submission. It will be essential for you to stay updated on the latest immigration and visa regulations and maintain consistent follow-up with clients, providing regular status updates. Handling inquiries professionally and maintaining excellent client relationships will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Freshers are welcome, and candidates with 1/2 years' experience in visa counseling, overseas education, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Additionally, organizational skills and client service skills are important for success in this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail will also be crucial.
