Knowledge Enhancement

Keep updated with immigration laws and visa regulations.
Target Achievement

Drive the team to achieve monthly sales, enrolment, and visa goals.
Reporting & Compliance

Submit accurate reports on time as per management standards.
Lead Conversion

– Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments through effective follow-up.
Forecasting & Process Improvement

– Provide business projections and improve processes for better service delivery.
