Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Study Abroad Advisor. The daily responsibilities include providing guidance and support to students throughout the process of studying abroad. This ranges from helping students identify suitable universities, assisting with applications and visa procedures, to offering advice about scholarships and study programs. The role also involves effective communication with students and their families, building strong interpersonal relationships, and providing excellent consulting services for smooth onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to guide students in choosing the right academic and career path
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with students and their families
• Knowledge and experience in handling Visas and related processes
• Proficiency in using digital tools to manage tasks and maintain records
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Previous experience in counseling or student advisory roles is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate cultural sensitivity in a diverse environment
