Immediately required-Unit Sales Manager

Unit Sales Manager is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
• Drive team performance to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Monitor individual and team progress through regular reviews and reports
• Support team members in client acquisition and product pitching
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies for lead generation
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer onboarding

Requirements:

• Graduation is required.
• 2 years of experience in field sales/field sales/business development/marketing
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Local Candidate hire first.
• Target-oriented and performance-driven
• Must have own bike and valid DL.
