Role & responsibilities

role of the Lead Student Experience at Masters' Union

Preferred candidate profile

Own the Student Journey:

Map the entire life cycle of a student (from on boarding to graduation).
Identify and fill experience gaps across academic, social, and career dimensions.

Design Immersive Experiences:

Organise student-led clubs, competitions, conferences, and cultural events.
Lead flagship experiences such as orientation, student retreats, and leadership development modules.

Enhance Campus Culture:

Promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-energy campus environment.
Nurture a strong student community and foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and initiative.

Student Support & Well being:

Be the first point of contact for student concerns, feedback, and personal growth needs.
Coordinate with wellness, academic, and career support teams to ensure holistic development.

Build Feedback Loops:

Create systems for listening to students regularly (surveys, check-ins, etc.).
Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs and interventions.

Bridge Academics & Real-World Learning:

Work with faculty and external partners to integrate co-curricular experiences that enhance classroom learning.

Alumni & Industry Integration:

Help connect students with alumni for mentoring, networking, and collaboration.
Facilitate exposure to industry leaders through events and speaker sessions.
