Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SST (Social Science) Teacher for Foundation Classes (8, 9, 10) at Kolkata Vidyapeeths. The role involves creating and implementing school social studies curriculum ( Geography, History, Civics & Economics), developing lesson plans, and effectively communicating educational content to students.

Qualifications

• School and/ or Coaching Institute experience in teaching Social Studies
• Strong communication skills (Proficient in both English, Bengali & Hindi)
• Able to write in Bengali is a plus (able to teach WBBSE board syllabus)
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Master's' degree or higher degree in Social Science related subjects
• UPSC exam teaching experience a plus point
• Teaching experience in WBBSE, CBSE & ICSE schools
• Knowledge of digital teaching tools and platforms is a plus
