Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues.
  • * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • * Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 1-5 years of experience in technical voice process, IT helpdesk, international technical support, troubleshooting, or technical support roles.
  • * Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and basic networking concepts.
  • * Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.

  • Flexible to work in Nights Shifts

  • Must be able to Join Immediately post interview Selection
