Role & responsibilities

Pre-Sales minimum 0 to 3 yrs experience in handling customer through calls is required.

ONLY TAMIL SPEAKING CANDIDATE with excellent English communication skill is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Handling Inbound, Outbound calls related to the Companys projects
Follow up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit.
Support in assigning the leads to Sales team.
Following up the leads on daily basis.
Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Attributes:

Excellent verbal communication,
Flexible to work on weekends
Ability to work in a high demanding sales environment

Experience:

0-3 years of experience

Qualification:

Any Graduates/3 yrs Diploma
