Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
• Create and manage compelling content for different social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Having clear understanding of developing and managing content for secondary channels, including Reddit, Pinterest, Quora, Medium, Stack Overflow, Dribble, and Tumblr.
• Monitor current social media trends, tools, and technologies, proactively applying relevant best practices to optimize our social presence.
• Analyze social media insights and KPIs to accurately measure success, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
• Actively engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
• Track competitor activity and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.
• Utilize AI-based tools and automation platforms to enhance efficiency and performance.
