Role & responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and content opportunities.
• Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and content optimization.
• Support technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed problems.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Assist in backlink analysis and outreach efforts.
• Execute white-hat link-building strategies and secure partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities with website admins.
• Help analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to content strategy by identifying topics and content gaps based on keyword research.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing team members to implement SEO recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing 
• Knowledge about SEO principles (On-page and Off-page).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of SEO.
