Description of Job Role & Requirement

Consultant (Subcon) HR Shared Services (HRSS) under Employee Relations (HRD)

1.

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services (HRSS) professional to join our Employee Relations team on a contractual basis. The Consultant (Subcon) would be responsible for supporting various pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding formalities and compliance-related activities, ensuring a smooth and compliant integration of new employees into the organization. The role involves seamless coordination with new joiners, multiple internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the employees.

Objectives:

Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new hires.

Facilitate onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation sessions, and initial training.

Ensure new employees are well-integrated into the company culture and understand organizational policies and procedures.

Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new employees.

Ensure compliance with pre-onboarding and post-onboarding formalities.

Coordinate with various teams for effective stakeholder management.

Support & coordinate with Employee Relations, Business Unit HRs, Facilities, TA Team, Operations, and the Technology Infrastructure Group (TIG Team) as required.

Scope:

Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns related to induction, onboarding, and compliance.

Support the Employee Relations team in implementing HR policies and procedures and collaborate with various stake holders to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Onboarding Formalities: Orientation, documentation, IT setup, facility access, and training etc.,

Post-Onboarding Formalities: Follow-up, Query Management, Support, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Onboarding completion rate.

Employee satisfaction with the onboarding process.

Compliance with pre-onboarding and post-onboarding formalities.

Prepare and maintain reports related to induction, onboarding, and compliance activities.

Document and track all onboarding and compliance processes to ensure transparency and accountability.

Timely completion of report generation.

5.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR, with a focus on induction, onboarding, and compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a shared services environment.

Good Vocabulary & people skills

Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
