Job Description: The Customer Care Executive represents UpVerse by delivering exceptional, results-driven customer service. This role involves managing high call volumes, resolving inquiries efficiently, de-escalating challenging situations, and leveraging technical expertise in Salesforce and Five9 to ensure one-call resolution and a seamless customer experience. Role & responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls promptly, resolving inquiries and complaints effectively. Utilize Salesforce and Five9 to manage cases and provide accurate account support. Demonstrate strong de-escalation skills to manage challenging customer interactions calmly and professionally. Strive for one-call resolution by thoroughly addressing customer needs during the initial contact. Upsell and cross-sell products and services tailored to customer needs. Meet monthly revenue goals by identifying customer needs and providing targeted sales offerings. Follow established workflows, scripts, and policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service. Deliver a customer-first experience by building rapport and addressing concerns with empathy. Preferred candidate profile Customer Service Expertise: Proven success in high-volume call environments with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and call management systems such as Five9. Position Information Department: Customer Care Assignment Category: Level 1 Job Type: Full-Time Education: High School Diploma (HSC Pass) or equivalent Experience: 1+ year in customer service, preferably in an international voice process Must be comfortable with night shifts.(US Rotational) Kindly Revert with the below details.
