Job Description

Job Title: Office Assistant (Only Male Candidate)

Location: Ambattur Estate, Chennai

Skills Required:

Must have a two-wheeler and thorough knowledge of Chennai city locations.
Reading and writing skills are required for email communication and Excel documentation.
Should have the ability to coordinate with the management team with a professional approach and patience.
Bachelors degree is required.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills for updating invoices and maintaining other documents.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Finance and Legal departments for document collection and delivery.
Physically hand over documents to various departments or employees including Legal, Finance, Banking, and Management.
Update and maintain records in Excel, including invoices and other important documents.
Ensure timely and accurate communication between departments.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Assist the management team with ad-hoc office tasks as required.
Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability while performing daily tasks.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Chennai city and transportation via two-wheeler.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email handling.
