A..Responsibilities in vegetable FS crops in seed conditioning plant:
1. Co-ordination and monitoring of FS arrival from production centers and also from breeders along checking of quantities and entry in SAP as per DC
2. Seed Sampling along with plant quality and submission of samples to GOT,SNP and STL for testing in prescribed formats with 3months sampling for running hybrid.
3. To carry seed drying activities for new arrival and storage with stack card
4. Material creation for new hybrids with new codes for arrival of seed and also for packing
5. To carry foundation seed processing with good physical quality, packing as per indent and dispatch to different production locations and FS stock reconciliation for stock return
6. FS stock inventory management with periodical seed quality testing and physical audit at
Quarterly interval
B.Responsibilities in Foundation seed production of all vegetable crops:
1. Allocation, execution and monitoring of FSP in different location and seasons depending on suitability of crop.
2. Indent for supply of BS to respective breeder along with passport data updation. Verification , testing & packing of BS and dispatch designated locations.
3. Sowing of BS under direct supervision of FSP team and monitoring and maintenance of field quality standards at different crop growth stages from sowing to dispatch of seed.
4. Follow up for timely receipt of FORM-1 , inspections in KVD app and its entry in SAP.
5. Co-ordination and monitoring of FS arrival, checking of quantities and entry in SAP, sampling and submission to GOT,SNP and STL for testing. Monitoring of seed drying and storage
