Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python Developer to join our product engineering team. You will be involved in developing scalable backend services and APIs that power our AI-driven talent experience platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  
• Ensure software is delivered on time and meets functional, security, and performance standards.
  

Required Skills

• Minimum 1+ years

  of experience in Strong programming skills in

  Python

  with solid understanding of OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with

  Flask

  ,

  Django

  , or other Python-based web frameworks.
• Experience in working with

  RESTful APIs

  , JSON, and API integration.
• Familiarity with

  relational databases

  (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or

  NoSQL

  (MongoDB).
• Basic understanding of

  commands and version control (Git).
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
