Salary: Hike on Last Drawn + Incentives

We are looking for experienced Freight Brokers to join a fast-growing US-based logistics company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle freight brokerage operations
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates and secure profitable loads
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
• Use load boards and CRM software effectively
• Resolve transportation issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in US Freight Brokerage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of load boards, carrier management, US geography
• Ability to work in night shift from Mohali office
• Goal-oriented and sales-driven attitude
