Designation - AI/ML Engineer Location - Wadgaonsheri, Pune Experience - 2 to 5 yrs Type - On site, Full Time Responsibilities Design and implement ML models to detect anomalies and predict fraudulent claims across structured/unstructured datasets Develop predictive models for population risk scoring, hospitalization forecasting, and claim cost management Leverage NLP for processing health records, pre-auth documents, discharge summaries, and lab reports Integrate ML workflows into .Net or Python-based health insurance platforms Collaborate with data engineering, business rules, and policy compliance teams to deploy end-to-end AI pipelines Analyze model performance and optimize using real-time feedback from medical adjudication and field validations Requirements and skills Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Statistical Modeling Experience with Python, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch preferred Experience with NLP (e.g., Named Entity Recognition, document classification, summarization) Hands-on with medical/claims datasets or large-scale tabular/time-series data Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, MLflow, Airflow, Power BI is a plus Benefits 1.
