The following tasks will be carried out in accordance with the Information Management Plan prepared by IM Manager.
(1) Analyze Client's information handover requirements (including analysis and evaluation of their data models and Client's Information handover target system)
(2) Coordination with internal and external parties to ensure data collection with necessary quality (including preparation of data flow, workflow, and procedures)
(3) Creation of Template for data collection from Vendors
(4) Creation of integration plan of information systems, such as Hexagon and Aveva authoring tools, that need to be used for data collection and storage
(5) Control the budget and man-hour required for Information Management activities including Information Handover to Client
(6) Provide work instructions to the Data Manager (including quality check of his deliverables)
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering / Computer Science from a recognized university
Minimum 8+ years experience of information handover to process plant owner company as a part of EPC project execution for more than 2 EPC projects
Deep understanding and skills of the following fields;
(1) Information management
(2) IT systems used in a Process Plant EPC project
(3) IT systems used in a process plant owner company for operation and maintenance activities
(4) Basic knowledge about network technology, cloud services, such as Microsoft Azure, O365, AWS and cybersecurity
(5) Basic Database skills, such as Oracle and MSSQL
(6) Technical writing skills
(7) Basic knowledge about CFIHOS RDL
