Why Join UsAs the Services Sales Manager, you will lead and manage Services sales in your assigned territory or vertical and work with a team of sales professionals responsible for driving Services business.The successful Services Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy focused on value-added services, including Consulting Services, Managed Services and Professional Services for Cybersecurity Solutions.

Responsibilities

The Services Sales Manager will partner with cross-functional teams, including field sales, channel teams, and delivery organizations, to ensure successful execution of the sales strategy and the attainment of both individual and team sales targets. This role requires a strategic leader with excellent management skills, a deep understanding of the Technology and Cybersecurity Services landscape, and the ability to drive high performance across the sales team. Key responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Management:Lead and develop a high-performing sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in the services business. Establish clear sales goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
  • Strategic Alignment:Drive alignment between the sales team and the Infinity Global Service offering, ensuring that recommendations align with customer outcomes and business objectives.
  • Customer Success and Retention:Work closely with the delivery organization to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded, promoting long-term customer relationships and ensuring retention. Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues when needed.
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting:Ensure accurate forecasting of the sales pipeline, including resource requirements and skill sets needed to fulfill customer demands. Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Training and Enablement:Lead the development and delivery of awareness training for the field sales and sales engineering teams, enabling them to better understand and sell value-added services.
  • Executive Engagement:Cultivate strong relationships with senior-level management and C-level executives to support strategic account planning and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services.

Qualifications

  • BS technical degree or equivalent military experience is required.
  • 10+ years of Technical Sales, Presales, Systems Engineering and Sales leadership experience in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud and/or Consulting organizations, with a proven track record of success in managing services sales. Extensive experience in selling cybersecurity services, including Managed and Consulting Services is required.
  • Proven success in managing and exceeding sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-level presentations to senior executives and manage internal and external relationships effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure-based security appliances, including but not limited to firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, Security proxies, Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SOC (SIEM, SOAR) environments.
  • Experience working with channel partners and a deep understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Ability to work independently, drive team performance, and stay focused on delivering results.
  • Position requires day-to-day management and travel within assigned territory.
  • Must be eligible to work in India without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
