Ignition SCADA Lead

**Job Description:** As the Ignition Technical Lead, you will be leading discussions and ensuring coordination with multiple stakeholders for digitalization projects. Your role will involve understanding the overall digitization roadmap, focusing on current engagements, and facilitating smooth Knowledge Transitions among different teams. You will also be responsible for understanding project requirements, deriving specifications, scope of work, and technical deliverables for the customer and offshore team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading discussions and ensuring coordination with multiple stakeholders - Understanding the overall digitization roadmap and focusing on current engagements - Facilitating smooth Knowledge Transitions among different teams - Understanding project requirements and deriving specifications, scope of work, and technical deliverables for the customer and offshore team - Actively contributing to development activities and supporting customer requirements during the execution period - Maintaining document changes to drive change and requirements management - Supporting resource monitoring, identifying technical risks and mitigations, and participating in project reviews with management - Working closely with the offshore development and management team to drive high-quality output - Overseeing the development and integration of codes, as well as reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet customer and contractual requirements Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing digitalization projects - Strong understanding of project requirements and specifications - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to identify technical risks and provide effective mitigations - Experience in conducting project reviews and ensuring deliverables meet customer requirements Please note that additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
