Job Description

Implement, configure, and maintain RSA IGL components that support identity governance and lifecycle processes
Provide L3 support, investigating and resolving more complex issues that show up in Linux environments
Review and optimize Oracle DB queries, scheduled jobs, and logs for troubleshooting or performance tuning where needed
Write and maintain Bash / PowerShell scripts to help with deployments, log checks, and day-to-day automation tasks
Work on integrations with Active Directory, HR systems, and 3rd-party applications (using APIs or AFX connectors)
Participate in SIT, UAT and production rollout cycles; also contribute to rollback or back-out planning
Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and vendor teams when escalations arise
Contribute to RCA discussions and help ensure preventive actions are actually implemented
Keep tickets and service requests updated in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc)
Prepare and update technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting notes for the ops team
He should have the following:
Hands-on experience with RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (7
x preferred) or other IAM solutions
Solid background in Linux system administration
Strong Oracle knowledge (SQL / PL/SQL), especially query analysis and troubleshooting
Proficiency with Bash and PowerShell scripting
Understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access certifications, and workflows
Familiar with APIs, AFX connectors, workflow engines, or middleware platforms
Some exposure to monitoring/logging tools such as Elastic, Kibana, Grafana would be an advantage
Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills in enterprise environments
Good communicator, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
A team player who adapts quickly, takes ownership when needed, and contributes to overall success
