Job Description

Role Summary

As a IFS Cloud Financial Consultant, you will lead the financial stream of IFS ERP implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. Your deep expertise in IFS Cloud and finance modules will be instrumental in delivering scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions across industries such as Manufacturing, MRO, EPCI, and Defense.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of IFS Cloud Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Project Accounting.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, solution mapping, and gap analysis with stakeholders.
Design, prototype, and test financial solutions within the IFS Cloud platform.
Configure and customize financial modules using Aurena and IFS Developer Studio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules (e.g., SCM, CRM, Projects).
Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regional financial regulations.
Participate in middleware integration using IFS Connect or other tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in IFS ERP Finance modules.
Hands-on expertise in IFS Cloud.
Strong understanding of financial processes: Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Invoice to Cash.
Experience with at least two full-cycle IFS implementations as Finance SME.
Familiarity with IFS Implementation Methodology.
Domain knowledge in one or more verticals: Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, MRO, Defense.
Working knowledge of middleware tools and basic technical configurations.
Education: "Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to other IFS modules like Maintenance, Quality Management, Sales, CRM, SRM.
Basic development skills in IFS Developer Studio.
Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, ABBYY, ISO20022).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Cloud & Security Awareness: Understanding of cloud deployment models and financial data security best practices.
Agile/Project Management: Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with project management tools like Jira or MS Project.
Certifications: IFS Certified Consultant Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
