This role will involve developing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability through robust QA practices. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities, optimize reporting processes for efficiency and scalability, and provide both recurring and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategy and execution. You will also be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.
What are we looking for? 3-5 years of experience in data, analytics, or insights Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and visualization Hands-on experience with Askia Explorer or similar consumer/market research platforms Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), Excel/Sheets and SQL Good understanding of consumer and market research tools. Strong quantitative insights toolkit (brand tracking, panel/sales, U&A, segmentation) and comfort synthesizing qualitative inputs Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer behavior and business needs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior decision-makers Understanding of QA practices, version control, and documentation standards Experience with SPSS for data extraction and analysis Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Multi-market or FMCG/research agency experience Agency/third-party management and steering experience
Roles and Responsibilities: Collecting, processing and analyzing data to identify trends, provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources. Ensure data quality, integrity and accuracy Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and templates that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders Stay updated on best practices in analytics, insights, and foresight methodologies Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure insights are aligned with business needs and drive strategic actions Support the development and implementation of the organizations data strategy Identify consumer trends, market shifts, and emerging signals from multiple data sources Manage and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and insights Support preparation of recurring and ad-hoc insights reports for management Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities and decision-making Foster a culture of quality, documentation and continuous improvement
