We require an IELTS trainer/Tutor who has experience in this field. detailed job description mentioned below Job Description. Your job as an IELTS trainer will be crucial in helping students get ready for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Candidates with relevant IELTS training experience or exceptionally accomplished people with the capacity to share their expertise effectively are what we are looking for. JOB DESCRIPTION Conduct IELTS preparation classes, workshops, and one-on-one tutoring sessions for students preparing to take the IELTS exam. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of individual students. Assess students' English language skills, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized learning plans to address their strengths and weaknesses. Provide feedback, guidance, and support to students throughout their preparation journey, helping them build confidence and proficiency in all four language skills: listening, reading writing, and speaking. Administer practice tests, simulations, and mock exams to assess students' progress and readiness for the IELTS exam, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance. Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and changes in the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and test preparation strategies, and incorporate this knowledge into teaching materials and methodologies. Maintain accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and performance JOB SPECIFICATION A graduate with a Bachelors degree in English / relevant field. 1-2 Year experience in English language teaching or IELTS training field is required. Relevant OET/IELTS/TESOL certifications. Immediate joining required.
