IELTS Trainer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IELTS Trainer who brings more than just exam strategies to the table. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic educator passionate about helping students build real-world English communication skills alongside scoring well in the test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality IELTS training (Academic & General) in both online and offline formats.
• Diagnose individual learning challenges and create tailored lesson plans.
• Use interactive methodologies to enhance understanding and retention.
• Conduct regular assessments, provide in-depth feedback, and track progress.
• Incorporate practical applications of English beyond test modules.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IELTS coaching (preferably with strong results).
• Deep understanding of all four modules of IELTS.
• Comfortable with digital teaching tools, smart boards, and LMS platforms.

Desirable Skills:

• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification
• Experience with both British Council and IDP formats
• Ability to teach diverse learners and adapt styles accordingly
• This is an On-site position. The candidate should be from Chennai itself.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
