Job Description:
FlyTalks Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking an experienced and passionate IELTS & PTE Trainer to join our team at our coaching center in Chandigarh. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who has excellent command over spoken and written English and can deliver quality training to students aiming to study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and one-on-one training sessions for IELTS and PTE aspirants.
• Develop engaging lesson plans, practice tests, and learning materials.
• Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized guidance.
• Track students’ progress and ensure targeted score improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest test patterns and requirements.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and motivate learners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IELTS and/or PTE Trainer.
• Strong English communication (verbal & written) skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Excellent classroom management and student handling skills.
• Dedicated, energetic, and professional approach to teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in IELTS/PTE training (optional but preferred)
• Experience in training at an overseas education institute
