IEC Test Engineer 4 +Years Hyderabad

Role:

As a test engineer, he will strengthen our group of development engineers in the development and performance verification of climate chambers, safety cabinets, incubators and laboratory ovens. In cooperation with R&D, he should coordinate suitable verification tests and their scope, carry them out, create test reports and interpret the test results.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Tasks:

Execution of standardized tests to qualify mechanical or electrical device components as well as performance and reliability tests on complete prototype devices

Functional testing includes all activities addressing sample preparation, calibration of instruments, ensuring standard testing till report out of the test trials conducted.

Ensures the lab is functioning appropriately (e.g. maintain proper inventory levels of lab supplies, proper maintenance, and calibration of equipment, AMCs of equipment etc.)

Asset tracking and maintenance of the records as per the Quality and Regulatory requirements of the Organization

Contribute to Development, Updating, and/or review of Test Procedures, SOPs, and Protocols as assigned.

Perform troubleshooting and investigations

Comply with all regulatory/in-house requirements (may include but not limited to safety, housekeeping, laboratory chemical waste, QMS, documentation) when performing the assigned activity.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

5+ years of experience in working in Testing labs especially in Mechanical/Electrical Labs

Knowledge and use of Good Documentation practices is required

Good knowledge of spoken and written English

Flexible to work in weekends, multiple shifts & across lab locations

Experience of Thermocouple fixing and data logging on Thermal testing is highly preferable
