Requisite Abilities and Skills Hands on experience on Discrete Event Simulation software for modeling and simulation- FlexSim (must) Tecnomatix Plant Simulation or QUEST or WITNESS or Simul8 will be added advantage. Basic AutoCAD experience is must. Any other CAD software (CATIA, NX, etc.) experience is added advantage. Must know about the project performance measurement KPIs and how to measure the same. Very good communication (Written and verbal) skills to connect with international clients (Internal and external) Very good presentation and Microsoft Excel competency (VBA macros and analysis). Key Roles And Responsibilities Create Simulation model as per given input (Layout, operational parameter, conditions ,etc..). Must have experience in layout design, Process planning & optimization, space optimization and resource optimization Simulation run, experiments and analysis Prepare presentation for key results, analysis and strategy recommendation Explain complexity of system and how to improve system using simulation Optimization of resources and increase system effectiveness
