Job Description

End-to-End Client Management: Take full ownership of all client requests. This includes picking up new requests, acknowledging them, performing necessary updates, conducting quality assurance (QA), and replying to clients once the work is live.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop proactive and effective relationships with clients to improve the management of their websites and enhance their overall experience.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal team members to ensure a smooth workflow and successful project delivery.
  • Quality & Timeliness: Deliver all client requests with a high level of quality and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ISMS 27001, QMS 9001, and GDPR.
